Privacy Policy
Last updated October 10, 2026. This version replaces the policy published on January 2, 2025.
Pest Control SEO LLC (“Pest Control SEO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a search engine optimization agency for pest control companies. We’re a Wyoming limited liability company based in Chicago, Illinois. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit pestcontrolseo.com, contact us, book a call or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It doesn’t cover the Pest Control Millionaires coaching program, which has its own policies.
1. Information we collect
a. Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Booking a call: when you book a discovery call or a paid consultation through Calendly, we receive your name, email address, company details and your answers to the booking questions.
- Payments: paid consultations and client invoices are handled by our payment processors. We see the payment details we need for our records, such as your name, amount and date, but we don’t store full card numbers.
- Email and calls: anything you send us by email or tell us on a call.
b. Information from client work
When you hire us, you give us access to the accounts we need to do the work: your website, website hosting, domain registrar, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and call tracking, plus Google Ads if we manage your ads. We don’t need access to your CRM or customer records. These accounts can still contain some data about your customers, such as call logs, caller phone numbers and reviews. We use that access only to provide our services to you (see section 6).
c. Information collected automatically
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use our website: pages viewed, how you arrived, device and browser type, approximate location and similar usage data. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
- Hosting and security: our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your messages and run the calls you book.
- Decide with you whether we’re a fit, and provide our services if you become a client.
- Send invoices and keep business and tax records.
- Send occasional emails about our services, books or the Pest Control Legends podcast. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Understand how our website is used so we can improve it.
- Keep our website and accounts secure, and meet our legal obligations.
3. Services we use
We use trusted providers to run our website and business. They process information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies:
- Google Analytics (website analytics)
- Calendly (call booking and paid consultation payments)
- Formspark (contact form)
- Cloudflare (website hosting and security)
- YouTube (podcast videos; see section 4)
- Our email, accounting and payment providers
Our website also links to other websites, such as Amazon for our books, and to our social media profiles. When you follow those links, that site’s own privacy policy applies.
4. Cookies
- Google Analytics sets cookies to recognize repeat visits and measure how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Calendly may set cookies when its booking calendar loads on our booking page.
- YouTube videos on our podcast pages don’t load until you press play, and they use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Once you play a video, YouTube may set cookies.
Blocking cookies won’t stop you from reading our website, though some embedded features, such as the booking calendar, may not work.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:
- With the service providers listed above, so they can do their work for us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
- If our business is merged, sold or reorganized, in which case the new owner would be bound by this policy.
6. Client account data
When you’re a client, you own your accounts and everything we set up for you. We use our access only to do the work you hired us for, and we don’t use your customers’ information for any other purpose. You can remove our access at any time. If you stop working with us, we hand everything off to you and remove our own access.
7. How long we keep information
We keep contact and booking information for as long as it’s useful for our conversations with you, and client records for as long as we work together plus any period required for tax, accounting or legal reasons. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
8. How we protect information
We use reputable providers that encrypt data in transit, we limit account access to the people who need it, and we turn on two-factor authentication where it’s available. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you when the law requires it.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct information that’s wrong.
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
- Stop sending you marketing emails (or use the unsubscribe link in any email).
Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights. To make a request, email [email protected]. We’ll confirm we received it, may need to verify your identity, and will respond within 45 days. We won’t treat you differently for exercising your rights.
10. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. We’ll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we’ll make it clear on this page.
