Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Pest Control SEO. Pest Control SEO LLC (“Pest Control SEO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Wyoming limited liability company based in Chicago, Illinois. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of pestcontrolseo.com and to the services we provide. By using our website or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our website or services.

1. Using our website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this website.
  • Use the website only for lawful purposes. Don’t try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or copy it in bulk, including by scraping.
  • The articles, podcast pages and other content on this website are general information, not professional, legal or financial advice for your specific situation.

2. Our services

  • We provide search engine optimization (SEO), Google Business Profile, website design, website maintenance, Google Ads and consulting services for pest control companies.
  • Client work is covered by a separate proposal, agreement or invoice that sets out the scope, price and timing (your “Agreement”). If your Agreement and these Terms conflict, your Agreement controls.
  • Unless your Agreement says otherwise, our monthly plans are month to month, with no long-term contract.
  • Paid consultations are booked and paid for through our booking page. Rescheduling and cancellations follow the terms shown when you book.
  • Our books are sold through third-party retailers such as Amazon, whose terms apply to your purchase.
  • We don’t sell courses. Courses and coaching offered through Pest Control Millionaires are a separate program with its own terms.

3. Results are not guaranteed

We work to improve your rankings, calls and leads, but we can’t guarantee specific results. Search rankings and lead volume depend on things outside our control, including Google’s algorithms and policies, your competitors, your market and your own operations. Any results we show on this website are from specific clients and periods; your results will be different.

4. Your accounts and ownership

  • You own your website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, analytics and social profiles. We set them up in your name, or give you full ownership of any we set up for you.
  • Once you’ve paid for the work, the website, content and other work product we create for you are yours. If you stop working with us, we’ll hand everything off to you.
  • We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, processes and know-how, and we may use general knowledge and skills we gain from working with you. We’ll never share your confidential information.

5. Your responsibilities as a client

  • Give us timely access to the accounts, information and approvals we need, such as your website, website hosting, domain registrar, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and call tracking. Delays on your side can delay the work and its results.
  • Make sure the information and materials you give us (such as service details, licenses, photos and reviews) are accurate and that you have the right to use them.
  • You’re responsible for the claims your business makes about its services, including meeting any state pest control licensing and advertising rules.

6. Payment

  • Fees, billing dates and payment terms are set out in your Agreement or invoice.
  • If a payment is late, we may pause work until it’s paid, and late fees may apply where your Agreement provides for them.
  • Refunds are given only as set out in your Agreement or at the time of purchase.
  • Ad spend on platforms such as Google Ads is paid by you directly to the platform and is separate from our fees.

7. Our content

Everything on this website, including text, graphics, logos, podcast pages and service descriptions, belongs to Pest Control SEO or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You’re welcome to share links and quote short passages with credit to Pest Control SEO. Don’t otherwise copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission.

Our work relies on platforms we don’t control, such as Google Search, Google Business Profile, Google Ads and website hosts. Those platforms can change their rules or algorithms, or suspend accounts, at any time, and we aren’t responsible for their decisions. When that happens, we’ll help you respond. Our website also links to other websites; we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimer

Our website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not expressly set out in your Agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of our website or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnification

If a third party makes a claim against us because of materials you gave us, the claims your business makes, or your violation of these Terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.

12. Disputes

  • If you have a concern, contact us first. We’ll try to resolve it informally within 30 days.
  • If we can’t, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in Chicago, Illinois. Either of us may instead bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information, and is part of these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply from that date and don’t change an Agreement you’ve already signed.
